Group Sales Trainee

Job Summary

An entry-level position in minor league baseball. The position is seasonal and generally limited to a maximum of 30 hours per week. There are no benefits other than pay ($11/hr); the position is non-competitive and does not include benefits.

Responsibilities:

Assist in gameday preparations, including but not limited to, , clean and prepare party decks, labeling party deck tables, ensure umbrellas are up, setting up gameday signs, inflatables etc.

Cold call & prospect new group leads (minimum of 15-20 calls per day).

Maintain group sales inventory.

Daily reporting of sales and goals.

Provide outstanding customer service to all groups pre/post game.
