Job Summary

A "trainee" is an entry-level position in minor league baseball. The position is seasonal and generally limited to a maximum of 30 hours per week. There are no benefits other than pay ($11/hr); the position is non-competitive and does not include benefits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred and customer service experience.

Strong team work skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivate.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel, and Power point).

Ability to attend company events of all types.
