Job Summary



The sales director is responsible for selling multi-media advertising to clients in the hunt, shoot, and fish categories. Works closely with corporate and/or regional advertising sales staff under general supervision. responsible for managing accounts assigned to their agencies and territory, as well as the day-to-day stewardship of accounts.



  • Bachelor’s degree, required.
  • Minimum 5+ years professional experience within advertising sales experience across multiple media.
  • Excellent relationship building, customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Solid interest in the outdoors and comfort with hunting and fishing sports.
  • Superior sales, presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
