External Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for someone to sell facility rental space to outside organizations. The external sales coordinator has a goal to set up each event for success and give all external clients the best facility rental experience possible. This is a full-time position and reports to the Manager, Facilities Operations and Events.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of facility rental capability in each facility.
2. Coordinates with various Facility Managers as needed on External Rental details.
3. Passion for the Sports Business Industry is preferred.
4. Previous Sales Experience is preferred.
5. Ability to gather and organize schedule availability across multiple facilities nationwide.
