Ticket Sales Executive

Job Summary

This person will be responsible for generating new revenue in the following areas: season tickets, mini-plans, flex plans, group tickets, and hospitality. Develop and manage relationships while providing exemplary customer service. Other duties include order placement and fulfillment, in-game servicing of groups, seat visits, and other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills a must.

Superior organizational habits and ability to manage multiple projects.

Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Publisher are crucial for this position.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

Knowledge and experience on Archtics is helpful. Minimum of one year of group & season ticket sales experience in professional baseball.
