ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

ADIDAS ORIGINALS STORE - BREDA



In onze adidas Originals Store in het centrum van Breda is een vacature ontstaan voor de functie van Assistant Store Manager. Samen met het team hebben jullie een belangrijke bijdrage in het behalen of overtreffen van de verkoop en KPI- doelstellingen van de winkel.

Je bent een enthousiaste merkambassadeur, je benadert iedere klant met veel enthousiasme en zorgt ervoor dat de klant tevreden de winkel verlaat. Je beschikt over zeer goede commercile en communicatieve vaardigheden om deze uitdagende functie tot een succes te brengen. Je bent een echte teamplayer.
In deze functie ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de hele winkel. Je behaalt de Sales targets methet team en beheerst de kosten. Samen met de Store Manager motiveer en coach je het team om zo het niveau van customerservice en verkoop te verhogen. Je beschikt over zeer goede communicatieve en commercile vaardigheden.



Je verantwoordelijkheden

Behalen van de sales targets en beheersen van de kosten;
Volgen van doorverkoop en tekorten in de collectie;
Managen en motiveren van het team, inclusief training en ontwikkeling;
Vervangen van de Store Manager bij afwezigheid;
Zorgdragen voor optimale bezetting in de winkel, zowel kwantitatief als kwalitatief;
Financile voorraadadministratie van de store;
Zorgdragen voor een hoge customer service en klanttevredenheid;
Ondersteunen bij het uitzetten en succesvol begeleiden promoties en acties.



Je profiel

Een afgeronde relevante opleiding op MBO of HBO-niveau;
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functie (in de fashion/sport branche is een pr);
Commercieel inzicht;
Passie voor het Originals merk;
Management kwaliteiten en de drive om het team op een nog hoger niveau te krijgen;
Klant- en servicegericht;
Collegiale, enthousiasmerende, coachende & motiverende instelling;
Flexibele en prestatiegerichte instelling;
Uitstekende communicatief vaardigheden (zowel in Nederlands als in Engels);
Integer en betrouwbaar;
Doordeweek en in het weekend beschikbaar, ook tijdens feestdagen; geen 9:00-17:00 mentaliteit.
