Assistant Groundskeeper

Job Summary

The position will be handling the overall upkeeping and maintaining of playing area while ensuring the field abides with proper and high specification.

Duties

• Preparing the field on game days
• Helping in the maintenance while learning various methods in managing the surface area for playing
• Helping with in game tasks and post game field maintenance
• Helping to oversee tarp usage while monitoring weather conditions
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Graduated from 2-4 year program in turf grass
• Can start working on March 2021
• Can multitask at work
• Can lift/push 50-75 pounds
• Attentive to detail and accurate
