Job Summary

The position will be in charge of maintaining and managing the accounts of student athlete clients for NCSA while helping the student athletes to reach milestones for the recruiting process.

• Academic progress monitoring
• Evaluating of student athletes
• Performs extensive phone outreach that can connect with members
• Helping the student athletes to understand the required steps
• Client retention
• Other related tasks
