Job Summary


The position will be providing customer support and best practices for the teams using the platform.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • Helping to set up the seats, ticket prices and events
  • Creating and maintaining positive relations with clubs and tickets.com
  • Helping to perform league and club analytics
  • Duplicating and communicating client issue
  • Other related tasks


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • Can work on weekends
  • Computer literate (MS office and other new technology)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Client service oriented
