Job Summary

The position will be helping the head coach to organize and manage competitive men's rowing program for the college.

Duties

• Teaching student athletes
• Helping to prepare and execute practice and race plans
• Operating of digital platforms in training development
• Counseling and advising student athletes
• Recruitment
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 years work related experience
• With US Rowing level 2 or 3 certificate preferred
• CPR/AED/First Aid/New York Boating safety certificate
• Reliable and flexible
