Job Summary
The position will be helping the head coach to organize and manage competitive men's rowing program for the college.
Duties
- Teaching student athletes
- Helping to prepare and execute practice and race plans
- Operating of digital platforms in training development
- Counseling and advising student athletes
- Recruitment
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years work related experience
- With US Rowing level 2 or 3 certificate preferred
- CPR/AED/First Aid/New York Boating safety certificate
- Reliable and flexible
