Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

• Support day-to-day functions of club and event acquisitions across seven sports

• Assist in implementing new programs in conjunction with the company breakdown


• Create annual programming registration in appropriate systems (League Apps, EZ Facility) per request of Program Directors


• Create and manage coaches’ contracts per Program Directors


• Manage coaches’ screenings (CORI, Abuse Training, CPR, etc.)


• Assist in creating program’s annual calendar to assist director with planning annual events such as camps, clinics, etc.


• Assist with team and coach travel (room blocks, flights, etc.)


• Assist with program’s tournament registrations


• Create tryout registration groups


• Create team registration groups with appropriate payment plans


• Edit and update details as events change per request of Program Directors


• Ability to handle changing priorities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Events, Sports Management, or other related field


• 1 – 3 years’ professional experience


• You’re willing and excited to hop into new projects and environments


• You are open to working occasional weekend events that our seven different sports will put on throughout the United States


• You are willing to take initiative, and are detail-oriented


• You are an excellent communicator and a chameleon when it comes to interacting with various stakeholders
