Job Summary

The position will be helping in all the facets of Division 1 program while coaching, recruiting, evaluating of prospect student athletes, managing of home meet, public relations, other tasks.

Duties

• Leading and instructing in personal/athletic development of student athletes of the university
• Assessing of talent and active recruiting of student athletes
• Encouraging of student athletes to perform to top academic level
• Daily operations and administration assisting
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years work related experience
• Strong skills communication/interpersonal/organizational
• Committed to NCAA compliance
