Job Summary

The Intramural Sports Coordinator will administer the day to day operations of Intramural Sports and Esports by assisting with the development of timelines, program policies, budgetary controls, student employee entries, programmatic goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across the organization, internally and externally.
• Strong service orientation, program management, sound judgment and decision-making, critical thinking, developing original ideas, creative problem solving skills in a varied and challenging environment.
• Experience administering in-person and virtual sport programming for individuals of varying abilities.
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively in-person and virtually with people from diverse backgrounds.
