Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an equipment room for athletic teams. This position provides support for coaches and student-athletes; proper fitting of apparel and safety equipment for student-athletes; as well as administrative staff.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Documenting and maintaining records pertaining to athletes, maintenance, ordering/inventorying, as well as safety protocols.
- Building effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers.
- Working knowledge of the procedures and protocols regarding equipment management in regards to athlete safety/protection.
- Ability to obtain an American Red Cross First Aid Certificate.
- 1 year working within the collegiate athletics setting working with multiple teams.
