Job Summary
Our team is looking for a Crew Coordinator to help with bookings and technician travel. As a Crew Coordinator, you will create timesheets in Playbook, enter in and out times, enter data in Smartsheet, help with support hires for all sports, and assist Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to build financial spreadsheets using basic math
- Experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, Playbook, FoxPay
- Ability to work somewhat independently and be resourceful
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking with attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent follow-up
