Job Summary

 

 

We are looking for a passionate individual for the position of Head Men's Wrestling Coach. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the intercollegiate men's wrestling program. This program supports the philosophy, mission, and standards of the college, the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC), and the NAIA.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a highly competitive intercollegiate program within rules and regulations of the institution, the GPAC and NAIA.

Plan, organize and manage all phases of the program.

Develop and direct camps, clinics, and fund-raising activities to support the program.

Use technologies in a progressive manner to build relationships within the program and across the campus to insure success at multiple levels.
