The coordinator is responsible for the planning, assessment, and coordination of the fitness program to include group fitness and personal training and the staff operations of the fitness center. The coordinator also plans, assesses, and coordinates assigned special events and well-being programs.
Master's Degree in Recreation, Physical Education, Exercise Science/Physiology or related field with a minimum of 1 year of fitness programming experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of fitness programming experience.
Experience in leading and developing Group Fitness classes, small group training, and/or personal training is required.
Supervisory or related transferable skills.
