Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in safety and risk management, ensuring that participants are able to participate in programs efficiently, effectively, and safely. It relies heavily on customer service, facilitation, and leadership skills to offer a quality experience for the user.

Duties & Responsibilities

Attend staff meetings and trainings

Assist in the set-up and take-down of the course in preparation for groups

Facilitate programs in a safe, effective, and engaging manner

Complete pre- and post- rental inspections

Provide customer service to all patrons/ participants

Make informed decisions as necessary to appropriately accommodate patrons while maintaining the best interest of the department
