Job Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for creating one-to-one, long-lasting relationships with B2C and B2B customers through emails, phone calls and personal contact, while tracking touch points in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

This position is focused on retention and provides world class customer service. It assists the Director, Business Development with the development of customized communications, programs and benefits for personal and business customers.

Qualifications:

Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team setting in addition to working independently.
Excellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skills are a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficient.
