Assistant Coach/Defensive Coordinator

Job Summary

This job role is to provides support to the head coach in all aspects of on-field coaching, player development, academic success, recruiting, film study, practice organization, position meetings, and scouting opponents. Responsibilities include community service/public relations, locker room, high school relations, and supervision of assistant coaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience coaching football at collegiate level
• Any qualifications to be considered as equivalents, in lieu of stated minimums, require the prior approval of the Human Resources Director.
• Masters degree
• 2-5 years successful collegiate football coaching experience
