Job Summary
The primary function of the Operations Assistant is to provide guidance, leadership, and supervision to the Fitness & Recreation Center staff, programs, and facilities. This position is also responsible for opening and closing the facility for regular hours and special events; equipment checkout; customer service; answering phones.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Knowledge of physical education principles, F&RC facility operations, including staff responsibilities, schedules, programs and policies.
CPR for the Professional Rescuer
AED & First Aid certifications (may be completed on the job).
