Job Summary
The University is looking for a Coordinator of Education and Compliance. They lead the development of education and prevention response related to gender-based harassment and discrimination. The role is a campus-based position, which means you get to see the lives you are impacting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social work, Public Health, Public Administration, Education or related field.
3+ years of experience and demonstrated success developing and facilitating training for a broad range of audiences.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
General knowledge of Civil Rights laws and regulations, with emphasis on sex discrimination.
Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to lead discussions to consensus.
