Job Summary

The engagement specialist is responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, alumni, parents, and friends of the university. They are responsible for creating unique engagements through an omnichannel (outbound phone, email, text, and web chat) approach. This position plays an essential role in implementing the engagement and fundraising efforts for the Air Force Academy Foundation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Exercising discretion at all times and able to keep confidential all data related to AFAF and its constituents.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
