Job Summary

We are currently looking for people who are passionate about hockey and want to provide world-class plus service to Tampa Bay Lightning and concert/event attendees at Amalie Arena. Be a part of the team behind the teams and work with the retail team in a fun, exciting game-day environment. 

Responsibilities:

Greet fans and provide world-class plus service.

Assist fans with retail purchases through Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Assist with stocking retail merchandise on sales floor.

Assist with replenishing retail merchandise on displays/shelves during and after games.

Assist with inventory of merchandise.
