Job Summary
The Associate Counsel will report to him and provide business-focused legal advice. The primary focus will be on the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial real estate and real estate development contracts. Ideal candidates must have real estate-focused in-house or law firm experience supporting privately held companies.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and JD degree from an accredited ABA institution.
- Minimum of 2 years successful real estate, real estate development and/or real estate finance experience at large law firm and/or as an in-house counsel.
- Experience in the sports and/or entertainment industries preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Office; especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
