Operations Coordinator

 

The operations coordinator will work closely with tournament staff on the execution of the operations plan in the lead up to the event. The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team, have a flexible approach, and offer an extremely detailed product. This position necessitates strong team dynamics abilities. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-2+ years of internship/work experience.

Extensive study in a related field (senior level internship or recent college graduate).

Polished communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently.

Must be available to work full time in the Midland, MI market, with travel to other markets as needed.
