Job Summary

The new home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers is located at Hollywood Park. The 3.1 million-square-foot stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL. It has already secured Super Bowl LVI in 2022, the College Football National Championship Game in 2023, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in 2028.

Responsibilities:

Special projects and insurance projects oversight with retail, commercial office space, and residential projects

Review of leases, vendor agreements and contracts to determine tenant and contractor insurance requirements.

Reviewing contractor and tenant insurance and verifying compliance with leases and lending agreements.

Administration and regular audit of insurance compliance documentation in the third-party insurance tracking system.

Development and implementation of procedures and processes to address and reduce risk and address safety concerns.
