Coordinator - Premium Service

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing activities related to the renewal and servicing of premium suites at American Family Field. Duties include but are not limited to: contributing to the development of an integrated business plan; forming and maintaining relationships with key contacts; and collaborating to create a positive experience for each Premium customer to encourage renewal of existing contracts.

What you need:

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. To perform the job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
3. Strong demonstrated work ethic with an innate sense of urgency, creative capacity and tenacity, team concept and attitude, exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills.
