Job Summary

This is a seasonal position that is based out of company, MD. This position will assist in all administrative functions pertaining to the first-year player draft. It includes day-to-day front office operations, medical collection and review, draft research, and player evaluation. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing general administrative and logistical support for the Domestic Scouting Department.

Qualifications:

General knowledge of baseball and amateur scouting landscape.

High level of attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff members of diverse backgrounds.

Must possess intellectual curiosity, an open mind, and desire to learn.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL preferred.
