Job Summary

Production assistants are critical to the snowstorm's preparation of the roof and snow and ice removal. These positions help coordinate and lead pre-event set-ups and post-event loadouts for JMA Wireless Dome events. Other duties include basketball court and field preparation, receiving deliveries, etc.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience and working knowledge of building systems, air-supported roof operating mechanics, audio and visual equipment, and staging.

Must be well versed in customer service engagement, problem solving, and leadership.

3+ years of working experience in sports/entertainment venues.

Extensive working knowledge of air supported roof systems.

Knowledge of NCAA/ACC athletic competition requirements.
