Job Summary

This is a position requiring strong administrative, organizational, analytical, and computer skills. Experience in insurance, commercial real estate, or construction risk management is preferred but not required. A successful candidate will have superior communication skills, Microsoft Word and Outlook skills, database skills, attention to detail, be motivated, and have a proven ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Special projects and insurance projects oversight with retail, commercial office space, and residential projects.

Review of leases, vendor agreements and contracts to determine tenant and contractor insurance requirements.

Reviewing contractor and tenant insurance and verifying compliance with leases and lending agreements.

Administration and regular audit of insurance compliance documentation in the third-party insurance tracking system.

Development and implementation of procedures and processes to address and reduce risk and address safety concerns.
