Membership Services Representative

Job Summary

The Membership Services Representative will manage an assigned base of accounts while also assisting with events, projects, and games that will benefit the entire season ticket member base. The position will report to the Membership Services Manager at Major League Soccer's New York City FC (MLS).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field.

A minimum of one year of work experience in professional sports ticket sales and/or customer service.

Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the department and Club in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving ability, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative.
