Job Summary
The job role is to lead and serve as the main point of contact for all member and amateur championships with regard to all aspects of the volunteer programs. Managing, recruiting, enrolling, educating, outfitting, scheduling, and training. Revise and produce volunteer manuals and websites. Prepare for and lead Championship Committee Training Meetings on-site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in business administration or related field.
Two years of experience in customer service, event management or volunteer administration, preferably at a Championship.
Must have knowledge of organization functions of a Championship operation with an emphasis on volunteer administration.
A demonstrated understanding of Google Workspace with an emphasis in Sheets and database tools.
