Job Summary

The Director of Athletics recruits, trains, and provides guidance to members of the Track and Field team in a manner that promotes the academic, athletic, and social success of athletes. The position is consistent with the mission and goals of the University of Athletic Department. Considering all events 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

CPR/AED certification.

Coaching and /or participation at collegiate level preferred; demonstrated ability and passion to teach and demonstrate skills of track and field.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license and meet University of Bridgeport's Driving Requirements.

Ability to interact with all levels of the university community.
