Job Summary
The Offensive Coordinator is a coach who leads and coaches to the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), state, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), and institutional guidelines. provides support to the head coach in all aspects of on-field coaching, player development, recruiting, film study, practice organization, position meetings, and scouting opponents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Previous experience as an offensive coordinator and play calling.
2-5 Years of collegiate football experience.
Statistical evidence to show past success specifically in the passing game.
