Job Summary

Director of Athletics: Recruit and select student-athletes who are athletically, academically, and spiritually compatible with the mission. Organize and oversee all aspects of a Division I soccer program, including but not limited to team budget, scheduling, hiring and development of staff, NCAA compliance, academics, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required/Master's degree preferred.

Soccer sport mastery, motivational skills, and communication skills.

Ethics and integrity to work within rules of the NCAA and WAC.

Morals, ethics, and loyalty to the University and Mission.

Be a positive role model in daily life and actions.
