Ticketing Operations & Community Engagement Specialist
The Ticketing Operations and Community Engagement Specialist is a full-time, year-round position. 60% of this role will be leading ticketing, and 40% will be community engagement. This person's leadership will help drive ticket sales, positively impact the Missoula community, and lead a box office/community engagement team.
Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, verbal, written, and sales.
Box office ticket system and sports related ticket sales experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data collecting platforms .
Data Management experience (Ability to work with back-end programming ticketing system (including but not limited to data, back end build, customer interface)).
The ability to work flexible hours for consecutive days during the active season.
