Vice President of Operations
The Vice President of Operations is an integral member of the operations leadership team at the Village. The VP of Operations will be expected to help establish, maintain, and lead a culture of collaboration and innovation within a positive environment. This position also provides facility and operations oversight of all buildings and property.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in facility operations.
Minimum of 7-10 years of previous management experience in the above areas of expertise.
Have the ability to stand, walk, and move about the campus on flat surfaces, stairways, and in construction zones with ease.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmental management.
Strong team skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment; must possess a strong ability for effective time management and task prioritization.
