Area Scout – Dominican Republic

Job Summary

The Area Scout - Dominican Republic will be in charge of international prospect evaluation in a specific region of the Dominican Republic, as well as providing evaluations and recommendations on players of interest to the Milwaukee Brewers. Qualifications:

Baseball-related experience required; prior baseball scouting experience preferred.

Strong communication skills required, including ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with supervisors and front office staff, players, their families, coaches and administrators.

Ability to evaluate all forms of amateur and professional talent.

One year certificate from college or technical school.

3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Baseball-related experience required; prior baseball scouting experience preferred.
