Research Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time research analyst to join our strategy and analytics team. This role will support multiple business units through BI and research initiatives. portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils.

Responsibilities:

Create actionable insights through the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, delivering recommendations that directly address organizational goals.

Support organizational research initiatives, including the development, deployment, and analysis of annual surveys.

Develop and maintain consumer insights dashboards to help inform Partnerships, Marketing and Entertainment initiatives.

Manage and continuously improve existing BI self-service tools.

Manage onboarding of internal clients to self-service tools.
