Job Summary

The Academy Scout will oversee NSC's Academy player identification network and process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth soccer, be able to identify youth players suited for a MLS Academy environment, and have excellent communication skills. The role will collaborate extensively with other academy scouts, coaches, and staff.

Qualificationds:

Experience working with a youth soccer club in the U.S. market preferred.

Complete proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility in work schedule.

Must have excellent interpersonal written/verbal communication skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and adapt to change.
