Job Summary

This coaching position will work at an RFA affiliate to advance the use and understanding of available technological and statistical data to improve player performance. The selected individual will manage the application and dissemination of collected information and coaching expertise across the areas of player development, advance scouting, and performance science.

Qualifications:

Experience or proven interest and understanding of the importance in using data to guide player development efforts.

Experience or proven interest and understanding of the importance in using human movement science to guide player development efforts.

Experience with baseball technology including or similar to TrackMan, Rapsodo, HitTrax, BlastMotion, Edgertronic cameras, etc.

Ability to throw competitive batting practice and hit fungo bats.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form relationships with players & staff while effectively communicating upstream to Player Development leadership.
