Job Summary

 

 

Ticket Operations, is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the ticketing department. You will be responsible for the fulfillment of season, group, and individual ticket requests. Maintain a professional, organized image by collaborating with the company. 

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in Ticket Operations.

Previous experience in Archtics/Host or other ticketing system is a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication skills, bilingual is a plus.

Well-organized, self-motivated, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
