Training Coordinator

 

The Head of Training and Safety Officer (HSTA) is an entry-level position with responsibility for all aspects of the stadium safety and security training program. HSTA's role includes designing course material, scheduling trainings for staff, and keeping track of training and record keeping.

Qualifications:

Previous security and safety training experience.

Certified to teach AED & CPR (or in process).

Certified trainer for the operation of security platforms and equipment.

Certified trainer for unarmed security guards through the NCDPS.

Certified to teach 300 and 400 level ICS command systems (or obtain in first year).
