Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator will coordinate and crew all broadcast positions for IndyCar events. This position will also coordinate travel/hotel/transportation for crew, assembling the tech manual, and recording of crew hours. Works closely with management on crew needs and builds the crew grid based on their input.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university in related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of mobile TV production experience.

Innovative thinker and self-starter with perseverance to lead teams to success.

Ability to weather adversity with graciousness while attending to the longer-term goals.

Proven ability to develop and leverage strong relationships with media, industry and community representatives.
