Job Summary

Assistant Women's Soccer Coach: Assist the Head Coach in the operation of the women's soccer team. Responsibilities: Coordinate all team events, including the yearly team retreat; oversee the heart-rate monitoring system; and oversee opponent scouting reports. Saint Mary's is a Catholic, Lasallian, and liberal arts institution.

Qualifications:

NCAA DI or NCAA DII Assistant or Head Coaching experience.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students, faculty, staff, and others.

Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and work under pressure; team oriented.

NSCAA Advanced National or Premier Diploma and/or US Soccer National "C, B, or A" License.
