The Coordinator, People Solutions, is the key support for operations managers and People Practices partners regarding time and attendance, scheduling, the application of CBA rules, and employee support. Duties include labor planning and analysis, employee and manager customer service, creating and maintaining schedules, tracking and enforcement of policies and disciplinary action, and reporting and analytics.
Minimum 2 years in an administrative or customer service capacity with prior experience in scheduling, payroll, or employee services preferred.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office including advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas) and ability to quickly learn & use new systems.
Excellent verbal & written communication and proven interpersonal/customer service skills required.
Ability to handle situations in a highly sensitive, heightened and urgent environment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and business ethics.
Must be able to manage heavy volume of front-line employee and manager interactions, multi-task, and prioritize under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
