Job Summary

The operator Under general supervision, the SkyCam Operator's main duty is to ensure the safe and effective framing, focusing, and operation of the system. Frame, focus, and provide stabilized acquisition of directed and undirected shots through the use of remote heads and gimbals. Familiarize yourself with the operation of all necessary tools and the parts to assemble and rig the camera system.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required. High School or GED.

(1) year of progressively responsible experience in remote camera/ pan/tilt head operation, aircraft operation and control, drone operation and control.

strong background preferably in media, broadcasting, technical, IT, engineering, or production industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (AS or Technical School acceptable).

Proficient in the use of MS Windows and an understanding of basic electronics and networking is a must.
