Job Summary

This posting is to establish a pool of qualified applicants for positions at Valley College. The amount of the coaching stipend for assistant coach assignments will be determined by the head coach and/or athletic director. Representative Duties: Help the head coach organize and execute an aggressive scouting and recruiting program of local and regional high school student athletes.

Qualifications:

Any bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional experience.

A minimum of two years of experience coaching high school and/or college age baseball as part of a club or team.

Knowledge of and demonstrated commitment to compliance with NCAA, CCCAA, state and other applicable regulations.

Demonstrated ability to improve athletes' skills using proven coaching strategies and techniques.

Experience teaching Kinesiology activity courses at the collegiate level.
