Greets suite holders and their guests at the designated suite holder entrance at the beginning of events. ensures suite holders receive a consistently high standard of quality service from the venue's food and beverage provider. Provides advice and follow-up on maintenance and/or housekeeping issues or concerns. logs all lost and found items into the venue database at the conclusion of each event.
Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
Must be a diplomatic, mature, and professional individual.
Minimum of two years concierge, hospitality, or service-related experience with a strong emphasis on an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be people-oriented, a team builder and a team player.
Must have the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, guests, clients, and “VIPs”.
